Well, let's begin. My name is Anastasia and I am a yoga and meditation instructor. Fact about me - I love sweets, so you can often see me sneaking a chocolate bar or two during class (shh, don't tell my students). In my free time, I love going out with my friends, who are also my partners in our never-ending quest to find the perfect place to eat ice cream. In fact, I am a caring person and try to bring that energy to my classes, but I also know how to have a good laugh and believe that yoga and meditation should be a fun and enjoyable activity for everyone. So come to my classes and be prepared to laugh, stretch, and maybe even treat yourself to a piece of chocolate. Do you like chocolate?

I love doing yoga, even when I'm not at work. It's cool that I always have ideas in my head on how to move forward. In my free time I like to take walks with friends and family. I find that being outdoors is a great way to clear my mind and rebuild. I also enjoy spending time alone as it gives me a chance to reflect and connect with myself.
